The filled applications may be send to raja.rajeevkumar@gmail.com with "Application to Innovation Forum (Innovator Category) " in Subject.
The applications are to be send in Open Document Format (.odt) or MS Word 2007 (.doc) format, and must not be more than 3 pages on A4 sheet with Times New Roman or Arial fonts (12 pts) with single spacing; paragraphs separated by a single line. No other format including .pdf files are not accepted.
English, Kannada & Hindi languages are accepted.
